10 years of digestion issues due to one thing - coffee
I have spend years of going to doctors and using various diets, due to severe indigestion and brain fog. After a set of circumstances leading to financial ruin and cutting out pretty much EVERYTHING, I only got to this answer by accident.
The answer - LISTENING TO POPULAR ADVICE on sugar. That's right. The product that caused indigestion was black coffee with NO SUGAR. I.e. an attempt to cut out sugar, and my suspicion on lactose. A self-fulfilling prophecy due to my dieting efforts, as weight has been an issue my entire life.
I recently had to go on a very strict diet purely due to financial ruin I experienced when a malicious employer literally destroyed my life. I went on a difficult path of cutting out alcohol, meat and pretty much everything I could no longer afford, I went back to coffee made in-cup out of the ground beans. The cheapest coffee, that is still coffee, as instant coffee does not count, besides, it tastes awful without milk.
The other part of the story is FASTING. I am not that much of a morning eater and got used to eating once a day when I went on PRIMAL and KETO diets, as one of my final attempts of losing weight. As per one of the books, red wine was saving the day and re-enabling my digestion. Once I cut that out, my cravings for sugar returned. When nothing else was working, I began re-adding various foods to my diet, but symptoms either remained, or were replaced by others. So, cheapest possible coffee and sugar it was.
In the final phase of literally only being afford the cheapest vegetables, I accidentally craved for coffee without sugar. A subsitute for meat as my body was telling, as I used to remember this as my KETO diet. I made myself a cup, had a few sips, and voild, INDIGESTION and a BRAIN KNOT on an empty stomach. Years of mystery, thousands of my hard earned money spent on treatments and books and diets - and the answer was coffee WITHOUT SUGAR.
